When Will My Order Be Shipped? All sets are personally handmade to order and have an estimated creation time of 7-14 business days. This creation time is dependent on the order volume at the time of your purchase and could be sooner than the estimated time given. Rush orders are available to expedite the creation time to ensure your order to be shipped within 2 business days and can be added to your cart. If Rush Orders are not available I am experiencing high order volumes. Your support and patience is appreciated, THANK YOU!

How Do I Know My Nail Sizes? Please refer to our sizing chart for directions on how to properly measure your sizes. It is vital that your nails are measured and recorded thoroughly. If you fall in between sizes, it’s best to size up! In the unlikely event that the nails don’t fit when they arrive, a refund cannot be granted. All sales are final.

How Durable Are These? All orders are made using prefabricated gel-x tips designed with all salon standard materials such as(but not limited to): gel polish, glitters, Swarovski crystals, hard gel, gel pods, etc. all sets are finished off with your preference of a high shine UV top coat or matte UV top coat.

How Long Do They Last? Durability will be based on how well you prep your nail beds before application and how well you apply the tips. Nail tabs will give you 1-2 days of wear. Nail glue can last 1-3 weeks.

How Do I Apply My Nails? Application is a breeze and can be done in as little as 5 minutes! Detailed instructions are give with each order. You can also refer to our Application Guide for detailed instructions on how to apply your nails.

Are My Nails Reusable? YES! With the proper care, sets can be used several times. Handle your nails with care and don’t use them as tools. If you’re using glue please refer to our removal guide for detailed instructions on how to properly remove your nails.
